Scope and Limitation This computerized system covers the birth, marriage, and death certificate
registered in the office of the civil registrar of the municipality it occurred. This system is not
accepting online payment from the client. Due to a lack of knowledge and resources of the
proponents, the computerized Municipality Civil Registry System designed for use by registrar
and another authorized user in the registrar's office to enable them to easily produced information
without using the traditional way of filing records on a cabinet. The system will not be deployed
online and data can be stored in safer place that can be retrieved easily and fast when someone
needs it.

Significance of The Study The Municipal Civil Registry System will boost to give information by
allowing To give accurate data where they can locate or track the personal information they ask
for. To easily produced the data information in the fastest way. The system will allow the user to
effectively view and print the document they need. The proposed Municipal Civil Registry System
is the solution to provide an advance system registry solution to your needs at any time.

Company- Is capable to manipulate the system by typing and getting the exact information.

Proponent- The system made to serve as a tool to facilitate the development of knowledge,
information and designing software. To provide computerized system and to achieve the easiest
and fastest way to gather information.

Customer - To easily gather information in the easiest way of getting accurate data.

Client - The study will help the client to be knowledgeable in entering information technology and
to inform them an easy way of registration.It will give them background, become advanced and be
familiar with having a new way of registration.

Personnel-in charge - It will help the person in charge to lessen their work and less time consumed
in handling the registration for the clients. It helps them to minimize the effort and time exert in
terms of finding the data information of the client.

Statement of the problem During the proponent's observation in the registrar's office, they found
out that the assigned person who's capable to get the data is using the traditional way of filling
records in the cabinet. They are having a hard time to serve their costumers in an accurate and
convenient way. The assigned person has no accurate place where they can store all the data
information. Research Objective This section presents the general objective and specific
objectives. General Objectives The study aims to develop a computerized Municipal Civil Registry
System that will benefit the company and costumers at the same time by providing the easiest,
fastest and convenient way to gather data information. Specific Objectives To attain the general
objective it is necessary to; To develop a module to collect,compile,process and generate quality
data on vital records VB through an effective and efficient system to meet the needs of individuals.
To develop a module by which a government records the vital events of its citizens and residents.
To develop a computerized Municipal Registry System that will benefit the company and the
customer by providing a more fastest way,no more hassle and waste of time.
