Year­Round Special Fare

Cancellation/ Rerouting: Allowed and subject to penalties. Balance of the fare (excluding
ancillaries) is stored in a Travel Fund which must be used within 90 days. For flights to/from
the US, allowed within 24 hours if booked 7 days or more from scheduled time of departure.

Rebooking: Allowed but subject to applicable fees and penalties.

No Show: Fares and all other fees are forfeited or considered flown.

Name Change: Not allowed.

Baggage Allowance: Not included. Guest has an option to purchase Prepaid Baggage using the
"Manage Booking" function.

Meals: Not included. Guest has an option to purchase Hot Meals using the "Manage Booking"
function on selected flights.

Booking Changes

Changes must be done more than 4 hours before the flight
subject to penalties and fare difference.

Online check­in

Check in through the Cebu Pacific mobile app or website  to
get your seat number and boarding pass.

Mobile and web check­in options are available as early as 7
days before the flight. For domestic travel, you have until 1
hour before the flight to do your online check­in, and it’s up
to 4 hours before the flight for international travel.

Check­in counters and boarding gates

Check­in counters open as early as 3 hours before flight, and
close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

After  check­in,  you  must  be  at  your  designated  boarding

gate  30  minutes  before  the  scheduled  time  of  departure.
Check­in and boarding times vary and depend on the airport
of departure.

Counter and Bag Drop closure

Flights  leaving  Dubai,  Doha,  Kuwait  and  Riyadh:  60

minutes before departure

All other fights: 45 minutes before departure

Guests  will  not  be  allowed  to  take  the  flight  after  check­in
counters and boarding gates close.

For  guests  with  Interline  itineraries,  the  Operating  Carrier’s

check­in and boarding times apply.

Valid Photo ID

For everyone’s security, our airports team has to verify that
your  valid  photo  ID  matches  the  name  on  your  ticket
itinerary. For senior citizens and persons with disability, the
OSCA ID and PWD ID must be presented upon check­in.

Prepaid Baggage

Purchase Prepaid Baggage up to 4 hours before your flight.

Bags  for  check­in  must  not  exceed  30  kilos  per  piece,  and
not contain fragile or valuable items. You may carry one item
inside the aircraft cabin, provided it weighs 7 kilos or less.

Travel documents

International  travelers  must  present  valid  passports  and

applicable  visas.  Cebu  Pacific  is  a  point­to­point  carrier  so
please  ensure  that  you  have  all  the  necessary  visas  or
documents required for entry to the destination indicated on
your Cebu Pacific itinerary.

Those  connecting  via  Dubai  may  avail  of  baggage

transfer services 24 hours before arrival.

All  passengers  flying  into  Sydney  must  clear

immigration  upon  arrival.  Those  who  have  onward
connections to a third country will not be able to use
transit facilities and cannot avail of the transit­without­
visa privilege, regardless of their connecting time.

Philippine Travel Tax

Philippine  passport  holders  are  required  to  pay  for  the

Philippine Travel Tax amounting to Php1,620 when traveling
internationally  from  the  Philippines.  For  bookings  made
online  or  through  the  call  center,  you  may  pay  through
TIEZA  (Tourism  Infrastructure  and  Enterprise  Zone
Authority) website or at their booth on the day of travel.
