My name is Errol Franco I was born on July 9, 1980 in the city of Barranquilla
Colombia, I am 39 years old, my stature is 1.75, light brown hair, white skin color,
brown eyes, I have two younger sisters yenifer and stphany franco, my dad is
called Errol Franco by profession Lawyer and my mom Rosalia Ferrer housewife, I
am a cheerful, outgoing, responsible, humble, honest person with great values that
my parents taught me, I grew up in a popular neighborhood south of Barranquilla
Carrizal.

Since I was a child I was very restless and passionate about soccer and dancing at
the age of three and I was part of a break dance group where I was the mascot
and feeling because at such a young age I dominated the dance style, At 6 years
old I entered the first football school in the front position where I stood out for my
way of playing I grew and I leaned more for the dance I belonged to several dance
groups both in the school and in the neighborhood, I really liked going to
discotheques because they did many dance battles, go to parties so much that I
arrived uninvited, dance in many courts of fifteen years.

I enjoyed my childhood to the fullest and my adolescence is clear I was always a

good student and responsible with my duties, thanks to the good upbringing of my
parents who taught me many values. At the age of 18, I finished high school and
decided to perform military service as a high school assistant to the national police
in January 1999 while performing military service as a traffic regulator and I saw
that I could study between university at night and started studying computer
analysis and programming.
in December of the same year I finish my military service with honors thanks to my
discipline and commitment to the institution, in May 2000 was born my first
daughter Mariana who brought many blessings and responsibility which made me
get my first job in a service station as various services, That same year I decided to
retire from school because the priority was my daughter and the salary was not
enough to study, in December 2001 my second daughter Nicolle is born a great joy
for our home and more responsibility therefore my uncle offered me a job with
better pay than I was getting at my other job so from January 2002 I started
working with my uncle who is a builder as an assistant and driver at the which I
learned a lot since I handled budget, inventory, nominee, purchase of material and
was of great help to get my daughters ahead and I will always be grateful for them
help. After two years working with him and the contracts were dwindling, I got a
proposal to work at the Personería de Barranquilla as driver and escort of the
Subpersonera already with a much higher payment, I decided to accept it which
was a very good experience I learned a lot from politics, in August 2006 I was
removed from office for change of person but fortunately came a proposal to
belong to the new group of traffic agents of Barranquilla and I enrolled in the
course and thanks to my skills, knowledge is the first place of the students and
therefore I won my appointment as they had the staff chosen before starting the
course with recommended and occupying the first place they had to name me
because it was illogical that the best student not be in the new group of transit
agent, in April 2008 my third son Jhosua is born at last the boy that a want it, I
thanked God for that great blessing and continue to respond and educate them
from the same way as they did with me, work for almost three years with honesty,
humility always leading me by my principles as the position lent itself to doing
improper things as some colleagues did, in 2009 they liquidated the company and
took it transit,

Only until January 2010 I started again working with a company from Cali fair and
events in the famous iron city as a popcorn cart operator, thanks this several cities
in Colombia, Valledupar, Medellín, Cúcuta, Bucaramanga, Barrancabermeja was a
very nice experience and I enjoyed the work but I already needed the family my
children and in January 2011 I decided to quit and I started working as a driver
seller with big tail until August 2011 came a proposal to belong to the new Project
of the city of Barranquilla Transmetro as driver for which I was training during that
year and thanks to the knowledge learned and the handling techniques I remained
and I started to work with this big company until March 2014 that I withdraw for the
non-payment of salary, I decided to go to work with Rapido Ochoa in the cargo
area as articulated vehicle driver until 2018 that I retire for health problems
specifically in the column, bet to study and to a new working environment already
with this clear idea I enrolled in the Sena in the program international negotiation,
passing the tests satisfactorily, beginning to study.

in October of that year and in November I started working as a content analyst at

the xpectrum company. dedicated to the development of software and web pages
(online stores), ecommerce, thank God I have been working and studying for a
year now, it is hard but it is worth the effort because with this I overcome and I offer
a better future to my children and with the possibility to grow both in personal and
professional life, I have as goal to continue studying career as a professional, also
study English and grow up in the company.
