Respected Ma'am
I am writing to sincerely apologize for bad behavior and deviant act of breaking
the glass of door of the food court. I deeply regret my actions and the bad image
that I portrayed to my colleagues and the entire management team.
I am really embarrassed by this action as I know that I failed to show a good
example to my juniors by committing such act. I know that this is unaccepted by
both management and my colleagues.
I' am really feeling guilty of my act but I would like to convey a message that my
act is unintentional.
As on 14th Day of September, 2019 I' am only knocking the door of mess which
was locked by the workers. Then Mr. Deep Shukla sir came from the back door
of the mess and told to get the dinner which was already kept by me in the mess.
Then i get inside the mess and told them to unlock the 1 floor so i can take my
dinner. Afterwards came outside and waited for a long time. Then again i started
knocking the door and unintentionally m hand slip down with force on the glass
of the mess. My colleagues went afterwards and Mr. Deep Shukla and Mr.
Rajender both cam even after then. In this act i am the only one who is responsible
so kindly set aside the fine imposed on my friends. But my act was unintentional
and i have never committed any deviant act before. My parents were unaware of
this incident and if they get knowledge of same they will force me for drop out in
between my course and my Career would end. I receive a sum of 4 thousand as
pocket money as I belong to a middle class family. I ensure that i will pay thos
fine but please impose a reasonable fine on me. I am feeling guilty of my act but
it was all unintentional. This order of fine of 7,500 is too much for a college
student like me. Kindly consider my request and set aside the fine on my friends
and kindly reduce the fine on me with justice, equity and good conscience.
I promise that i will not indulge in such deviance again and apologize for my past
act. Please accept my apologies and forgive me for acting unprofessional.
