Since their founding

1993, The Australian
Voices have championed an astonishing
flourish of Australian choral music, having
commissioned hundreds of new works.
Much of the music they perform captures
vividly the vibrant sound, colour and
energy of the Australian continent and its

The Australian Voices A Cappella Songbook
includes many of the group’s favourite
pieces and demonstrates the range of
music that The Australian Voices performs,

Kalkadoon language, in which the choir
imitates the sound of the didgeridoo
