Argumentative text:

"The recent worldwide interest in the cultivation of microalgae for energy purposes, together with
the need to have environmentally more sustainable water wastewater technologies, has made the
wastewater treatment processes by microalgas a promising alternative from the economic and
environmental point of view in front of its aerobic and anaerobic counterparts. Oxygen produced
photosysthetically by microalgies is used for the oxidation of organic matter and NH4 + (with the
consequent savings of aeration costs), while the autotrophic and heterotrophic growth of algal
and bacterial biomass leads greater nutrient recoveries."
