Due to the increase on cost of conventional fuel(such as coal and natural gas)
and the need for new energy resources, more people start to focus on
Biomass fuel business. Biomass briquette is a renewable, clean, eco-friendly
energy, especially for agricultural countries. This plant can make stick shape
wood briquette of different diameter and different shape from biomass and
agro-forest waste.

1． Crushing machines:
The following two types of crushers are fitted to make sawdust for the
downstream equipments. Please choose proper types according to the types
and size of your raw material.

(1) Wood Crusher

2．Dryer
For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%(for briquetting
of biomass), you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content
below 12% before feeding them into Biomass Briquetting Screw Press.
Material for hot air boiler: wood waste, wood briquette, coal, etc.

Working Principle:

Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove(boiler) generates hot air, hot
air mixed with wet sawdust and then sucked into the pipes by the exhaust
blower(fan) , flowing and go though the curving pipes and buffer(drying
chamber) of dryer, thus the wet sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is
discharged from the outlet with air lock.
This type of dryer is suitable for drying heat sensitive material which is light
and small like sawdust, rice shell, milled stalks etc. Generally Wet material can
be dried in a few minutes.Comparing with rotary dryer, it has the advantages of
low energy comsumption, low cost, it’s in simple design but have good effect
as well.
The feeding of fuel for boiler is by manual.The fuel can be wood waste like tree
branch, tree trimmings, wood chips, coal or any waste that can burn (But Gas
or Oil is impossible for the boiler now).

Sawdust Dryer Model HGJI

The Moisture reducing rate of the dryer BHGJ-I, BHGJ-II, BHGJ-III is 8-12%.
This dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw
material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the
raw material is higher than that, it will need two or three times of dry up to
achieve the requested moisture content for briquetting.

(2) Twin boiler dryer model NHGJ-II, NHGJ-III for higher moisture

content 20-50%
Twin boiler dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is
suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -50%, it can
reduce moisture from 20%-50% to 8-12% only one passage or one time.
PS: For raw material of moisture 20-35%, only fire and use the first boiler, no
need to use the both.

3. Biomass Briquette Screw Press:

Our Briquetting Press is in screw type, it produces cylindrical briquettes with a
hole through the centre of the cylinder.
The briquettes produced by a screw press is easily handled and stacked, and
they have some advantages over those produced using the ram and die press.
While the briquettes produced by a piston press are completely solid, screw
press briquettes on the other hand have a concentric hole which gives better
combustion characteristics due to a larger specific area. The screw press
briquettes are also homogeneous and do not disintegrate easily. Having a high
combustion rate, these can substitute for coal in most applications and in
boilers.

Our biomass briquette machine have automatic temperature control system, it

is designed to produce high density wood or biomass briquette as biofuel . The
motor of briquette machine can be 15kw/18.5/kw37kw-3phase-380v-50hz
electrical driven.

Working principle:
Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and
high temperature. The machine uses a large screw to grind the biomass into
briquettes that are of uniform composition.
The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic
flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is
liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in
the briquetting process, thus binding,compressing the biomss to form into high
density briquettes.
During this process, no binder need to be used. So the ouput briquette is a
type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open
fires. The density of the briquettes is 1300kg/CBM.

4. Thermal shrink wrapping machine

Thermal shrink wrapping machine is an advanced packing machine in the
market now. It adopts infrared quartz pipe to heat the packing material. So it
can efficiently save the electric power.
The contraction temperature and transmission speed are adjustable. This
machine uses PE contracting pellicle to pack the wood briquettes, you have to
send it by hand into the packing machine, and then the packing-material will be
heated and contracted to enswathe the briquettes.
In this way, the briquettes can be airproof, damp proof, and pollution proof. It
also can prevent the wood briquette from the exterior concussion in some
extent.

5. Auxiliary equipment ( Optional )

The use of Conveyors can help to save labor cost efficiently.
Screw conveyor is used to transfer the powder like raw materials like sawdust,
rice hull, pulverized straw from crushing machine to drying machine, or from
drying machine to briquette machine etc.
Belt conveyor is used to (1) convey bulk materials like wood pieces, corn cob
to hammer mill and wood crusher; (2) convey final briquettes to storage place.

Spares: Spares will be given in separate offer after customer confirm the

Payment terms:

50% prepaid in advance by T/T, the balance paid by T/T within 10 days

The price in the offer doesn't include fit up and commissioning in foreign
countries.
Usually, customers are able to install the dryer themselves according to
the drawings we give.
If requested, we can send technician to help you install the machine on
customer’s account, the cost related to installation as follows:
