 Preparation of solutions

 Filtration
 Maintenance of weighing balance
 Calibration of pH and conductivity

 Proper handling & correction of micropipettes
 Waste segregation (organic & chlorinated
solvents, aqueous wastes, solid wastes,
biohazards)
