They say, “NOTHING’S IMPOSSIBLE” and that you should “NEVER GIVE UP”

right? But I don’t actually believe that these 2 sayings are true. Why? These past few
years I’ve been living in a dream that makes me believe that I can get something if I work
hard for it. It makes me believe that I can be that someone who I want to be. A dream
where I believe that every hard work pays off. But, I woke up recently realizing that YOU
CAN’T GET EVERYTHING, NOT EVERY HARD WORK PAYS OFF, NOT ALL DREAMS
COME TRUE and so on.
Nothing’s impossible? Maybe for some people because they can get everything
what that they want, maybe their dreams came true but some POSSIBLE things are
IMPOSSIBLE for people like me. Never give up? Why? So that you will continue to suffer?
Sometimes holding on does more damage than letting go. People think it is holding on
that makes you stronger, but for me it’s letting go.
Life is unfair and you need to live knowing that. Because if you don’t, you’ll end up
like me. A boy wearing a mask where he covers his true feelings. A boy wherein he
doesn’t want to believe in this harsh reality. A boy who needs that special someone to
help him. A sad boy where his hard work didn’t pay off.
Wake up to reality! Life really is unfair in so many ways. You need to prepare
yourself to accept this harsh reality. Recently I’ve been beginning to see why these things
happen. Hardships that sometimes break someone, dreams that are wasted, hard work
that equals nothing and etc. Why do they happen?
In my opinion, it is because God loves us. God loves us? But why does He keep
wasting my effort? Why does He keep making me suffer? Why doesn’t He give what I
want? Why? Because God has something better for you! Are your efforts wasted or did
they turn to experience? Did you not grow and became stronger physically and mentally
when He made you suffer? Did God not give you something better? Learn to wait and
see what God has planned for you.
Wake up to reality! Live where you accept that life really is unfair. Live as a boy
where he doesn’t hide his true feelings. As a boy he knows and accept this harsh reality.
A boy where he doesn’t find his special someone but realize that everyone around him is
special. A happy boy where his failure became something that made him stronger.
Before I end this, let me tell you that this blog isn’t just about me. It is also about
you! How? I woke up to this harsh reality and accepted it. The real question is, when will
you wake up? Wake up and see the good side of things. Sometimes it’s hard to accept
the truth when the lies were exactly what you wanted to hear. My name is Sean Lyniel
Gomez, and this is waking up to reality.
