maintenance timer checking is disabled.

Maintenance Warning Range: 0…50 Default: 0 h

Warning before next maintenance.

Stand-By Timer Range: 0…1800 Default: 0 s

After truck is idle, when this timeout occurs second main contactor is de-energized to reduce power
consumption. 0=Disabled.

Max Lift Height Range: 0…15000 Default: mm

Maximum lifting height. Further lifting will be prevented when this lift height is reached. If set to zero,
height encoder checking(s) are disabled. Measured from the cabin floor.

Reference Height Range: 0…2000 Default: 700 mm

Reference sensor height. Height will be set to this height on reference sensors. Measured from the cabin
floor.

Floor Height Range: 0…200 Default: 170 mm

Minimum lowering height. Electric cushioning will be performed to this height and also further lowering
is disabled. Measured from the cabin floor.

Floor Reduction Start Range: 0…1000 Default: 497 mm

When lowering speed will be decreased to low speed setting.

Temporary Lift Limit Range: 1300…11000 Default: mm

Temporary maximum lift height. To continue lifting, lift/lower lever must be released.

Steer Centering Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

Steering angle calibration on startup. Must be ON on rail-, or wireguided trucks.

Max Steering Angle Range: 0…90 Default: 87 Degrees

0 = Disabled, Maximum allowed traction wheel angle. On US and WGU trucks max steering angle is
always +/- 90 degrees.

Max Speed Fwd Range: 0…20 Default: 9 Km/h

Forward maximum speed.

Max Speed Rev Range: 0…20 Default: 9 Km/h

Maximum speed backward direction.

Wire Guidance Unit Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

Enable or disable wire guidance system

Mast Type Range: Triplex/Duplex Default: Triplex Selection

Setting mast type will require truck to be restarted to apply all new height settings.

Truck Type Range: 0…4 Default: 1 Selection

0 = none, 1=48V, 2=36V, 3=24V Low, 4=24V High. After setting truck type, truck must be restarted to
apply battery levels.

Market Area Range: EU/US Default: EU Selection

Setting market area will require truck to be restarted to apply all new height settings.

Guided Aisle Using Magnets Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

If the truck is equipped with aisle detection magnet sensors, this parameter sets ON the aisle detection
using magnets.

Guided Aisle Using Photocells Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

If the truck is equipped with aisle detection photocells, this parameter sets ON the aisle detection using
photocells.

Slowdown On Aisle End Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

If the truck is equipped with magnetic aisle detection system, this parameter can be set to slowdown on
inner magnet. Maximum speed will be restored on outer magnet.

Stop On Aisle End Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

If the truck is equipped with magnetic aisle detection system, it can be set to slowdown on inner magnet
and stop on outer magnet. Maximum speed will be restored after the driver has released the throttle
lever.

Slow Lowering Below Temp Limit 1 Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF

Limits lowering speed if height is below “Temporary Lower Limit 1” (Par#44) height.

Always Allow Lowering Range: ON/OFF Default: OFF (EU) ON (US)

The truck allows lowering in every other error case except slack chain.

WGU Parameters
Start Automatic Calibration

Start automatic calibration sequence by pressing either right or left arrow button.

When entering calibration mode, the calibration frequencies 1-10 will be used to determine the current
frequency. The detected antenna signal maximum is then used to determine a suitable gain.

In calibration sequence the truck must be driven over the inductive wire in moderate angle. The
calibration procedure will finish automatically 5 seconds after leaving the wire with both antennas.

If the correct calibration values are known, it is possible to write them directly without performing the
actual calibration sequence.

After calibrating, the result can be found in Current Gain and Current Frequency. Return by pressing
enter.

Current Gain Range: 0 - 255 Default: 0 Selection

0 if uncalibrated. Automatically set in calibration mode. If the correct calibration values are known, it is
possible to write them directly without performing the actual calibration sequence.

Current Frequency Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 0 Hz

0 if uncalibrated. Automatically set in calibration mode. If the correct calibration values are known, it is
possible to write them directly without performing the actual calibration sequence.

Frequency List

When calibrating, the actual frequency used in the wire must be present among the calibration
frequencies. The frequencies are scanned without any priority, so it does not matter in which order they
are set.

To ensure that only the correct frequency is detected, the different calibration frequencies in the list
should be at least 400 Hz apart.

If the values need to be modified, save them by pressing enter before starting the automatic calibration.

Calibration Frequency 1 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 5200 Hz
Calibration Frequency 2 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
Calibration Frequency 3 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 7000 Hz
Calibration Frequency 4 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 10000 Hz
Calibration Frequency 5 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
Calibration Frequency 6 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
Calibration Frequency 7 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
Calibration Frequency 8 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
Calibration Frequency 9 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
Calibration Frequency 10 Range: 0 – 10 000 Default: 6250 Hz
