Sir/ Madam:

Warmest greetings! May the Omnipotent God give all of us a promising year of opportunities.
Spin Ultimate (SU) is a newly formed frisbee team that is united and active in engaging to the
sport Ultimate Frisbee and other recreational activities as one way of saving youth from any illegal
activities like drugs and criminalities. In line with this, most of the members of Spin Ultimate are
students. Hence, we are concerned that we do not have enough financial capability to defray
necessary expenses for the team most especially on the jersey uniform and sports equipment for
trainings.

In the light of the aforementioned situation, we humbly come to your aid with the fervent hope
that you may help us. May we respectfully request donation whether monetary or in kind from
your respected office. We hope you take this opportunity to support our team, as your donation
will do so much to us. Rest assured, it will play a big impact in our lives as we are supporting skills
enhancement, and developing camaraderie and sportsmanship. It is our great appreciation on your
support towards the sport development of the young generation. Thank you very much for your
