Barbados Community College to pursue your Fulbright scholarship if you are awarded. The
Department of Mathematics is located within the Division of Sciences but it services the needs of
the College for mathematics teaching.
‘The Barbados Community College (BCC) is a tertiary education institution established by an Act
cf Parliament in 1968, which was amended in 1990 to empower the College fo grant certificates,
4iplomas, associate degrees, degrees and other awards to persons who successiully complete
courses of study approved by the Board of Management, BCC occupies two main campuses and
comprises ten acaderiz divisions. Our mission states that
