Budget Narrative

The components of this project will require a complete restocking of all current

classroom art supplies such as markers, poster boards, glue, and so forth. These items can be

priced and purchased online through the instructors Amazon Prime account or the school

district’s designated supplier. The items will be needed for the Baseball assignment portion of

this project. Additionally, the final product in this project will require the purchase of three

reams of copy paper. This amount of paper will be sufficient to print the 700 copies needed for

the final product. The printing of the final product will also require the purchase of ink cartridges

for the technology center printers. Funding for this project will be generated through a

GoFundMe account started by the instructor. Fundraisers for medical, emergency, memorial,

nonprofit, and education purposes are available through the GoFundMe application, making it

“the leader in online fundraising” (GoFundMe, 2019). No additional funding will be necessary as

all required technology for the project, such as laptops and projectors, are already readily

available on campus.
