We are 3rd year College students taking up Bachelor of Science in Business

Administration Major in Business Management. As a part of our requirements, we are
conducting a research entitled “Level of Academic Performance of Working student in
University of Batangas yr 2013-2018”. For this reason, we would like to request for your
permission to have a list of Student Assistant A.Y 2013-2018. The data provided by your
good office will help us complete the information necessary for our study. We assure
