INSTRUCTIONS
1. The purpose of a Motion for Clarification is to ask the Court to explain the
provisions of a prior order of the Court that a party does not fully understand.
The motion must be filed within ten (10) days after the date the final order or judgment
was filed. Late motions will be denied as untimely.
