• This forum is only sporadically monitored - if you have content or assessment

related questions that you require an answer to, you should always contact your
assessment or programme coordinator in the first instance

• If you have a complaint or issue with any aspect of the programme: (e.g. content,
delivery, materials, administration), please be courteous and bring it to us in the
first instance rather than raising it here - chances are we will be able to find a
solution or at least give you a reasonable explanation

• Please be mindful of tone and language...there are people reading this! Manners
matter

• This can be a great resource for meeting up, reaching out, professional networking
so use it to find out about each other: where do you work, where do you live, why
are you doing this, what would you like to get out of it, hobbies you have, your
families...

• Please respect privacy - some people prefer to just work away on the content -
don't share contact details on the forum. If you want to make direct contact it's
best to do so via me with each other's consent and then you can take it from there
