1. Dear Parents, kindly deposit monthly tuition fee for the month of May and June positively
by 10th May. Late fee of Rs. 10/- will be charged per day thereafter.

2. School will reopen on 4th July’ 2018. From 4 th to 6 th July School timing will be 9:00 to 11:00
am.

3. School office & Day care will remain open during summer camp & summer vacations.

4. Kindly purchase swimming costume for splash pool activity.

 Revision of academic concepts will be done every day for current students.

 Students will come in Yellow color dress.
Activities will be done in the class.

Students will bring triangle shaped sandwich or

any other triangle shaped food in their tiffin..

Within school timings only. Send your ward in

Picnic complete school uniform and give I-cards.
4th May Students without uniform & I- card will not be
entertained for the same.

Timing – 10:30 am
To mark the occasion of mother’s day Good
5th May Shepherd is organizing “Cooking without
fire” competition for mothers. Time given to
make the item is 45 minutes. If participating,
kindly send your consent in your ward’s diary
positively by 3rd May. Kindly bring your
required material along.
Help your ward learn following lines. It is
7th May
compulsory for all the students to
participate. Dress up or give props
accordingly.

Send a Banana with your ward. Students will
do various activities related to banana.
10th May
 Send your ward in cool summer fancy dress
11th May
and make him/ her wear funky sun glasses &
hat. Kindly label the things with permanent
marker. In school children will enjoy ice
cream. Send a lemon with your ward. Kindly
don’t cut the vegetable. Kids will make
lemonade. Lemonade will be served to
students.
Note: Kindly inform the teacher if there is
any concern in serving ice cream and
lemonade to your ward.
