independent surveyor company shall be appointed at loading and/or
discharge ports, to assess the quality and quantity of the cargo according
to the provisions herein stated.

Field visit would be the last step before signing the contract. To this end,
this has to be carried out by the signatory after the draft of contract has
been agreed. The full power letter is applied.
