2. Buyer shall submit Draft Contract to our company within 3 (days) days after signing and approve
the FCO. (If the buyer chooses, the seller can send their draft contract too)
 3. Seller review draft of contract.
4. Seller & Buyer signing Electronic draft contract.
5. Buyer make site visit (Mine/stockpile/Jetty) if required.
6. Satisfied with the visit and coal quality, Buyer and seller sign Hard copy Contract based on
electronic contract agreed.
