MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. It is humbly submitted that the above-mentioned matter has been
listed before this Hon’ble Court for the final arguments on
19.10.2019.
2. The present Petition has been filed by the petitioner. That the
contents of the Petitioner are not repeated herein for the sake of
brevity and to avoid repetition.
3. It is respectfully submitted that the above matter has been listed
before this Hon’ble Court for the purpose of final arguments. Thus,
it is a request before this Hon’ble Court to kindly allow the
Respondent to inspect the file before the next date of hearing i.e
19.10.2019.
4. It is humbly submitted that it is very necessary for the Respondent
to inspect the file as the matter has been listed for the final
arguments. Therefore, Respondent wants to prepare themselves
before the final arguments and make sure that the copy of the
Respondent has been paginated same as the copy of this Hon’ble
Court.
5. Therefore, the Respondent is seeking indulgence of this Hon’ble
Court to allow this Inspection Application.
6. That the present Application has been made bonafide and in the
interest of Justice.
 Prayer

1. Allow this Application and allow the Respondent to inspect the

Court file.
2. Pass such order and further orders as this Hon’ble Commission
may deem fit and proper.
