THE FIRM
NICHOLS BROSCH WURST WOLFE & ASSOCIATES, INC. (NBWW) is an architectural studio in
Coral Gables, Florida. For more than Forty years, NBWW has been involved in the planning and design
of more than four billion dollars in new and rehab construction. The firm currently includes over thirty employees,
associates and partners. Our thirteen associates have all been with the firm many years and have each proven
themselves as exceptional professional in the field of architecture, as well as leaders and managers. All of our
employees have particular experience in the hospitality construction industry.
NBWW is internationally recognized in the planning and architectural design of mixed-use centers,
world-class hotels, resorts, high-end residential, commercial and retail projects. NBWW’s bodies of work
spans the globe, from locations through out the United States, Caribbean, Bahamas, Central and
South America. Despite this breadth of experience, the company is undoubtedly best known for our work
in high-end hospitality projects. In building that reputation, we have maintained an excellent working
relationship with most of the major hotel companies and brands. Our clients include hospitality and
