Microscopic Examination :

Centrifuged deposit smear's show few dysplastic squamous cells having keratinised cytoplasm & large irregular,
pleomorphic nucleus with high N/C ratio. There are few mature squamous cells, pigment laden macrophages
neutrophils & necrosis.

Impression : BAL Fluid - positive for dysplastic squamous cells.

Advised to correlate radiologically & biopsy to rule out squamous cell carcinoma.
