A self-assessment of your capabilities as an HR or L&D practitioner against the CIPD Associate
Membership requirements to identify your development needs
An evaluation of at least three development options to meet those needs
A personal development plan to meet your development objectives for a minimum of 9 months
The outcome of at least one review of your plan reflecting on your performance, identifying learning
points for the future and revising the original plan
