RE: Expression of Interest for the Empexa Geothermal Surface Studies (RSI/P-4309)

RESPEC is pleased to submit this prequalification Expression of Interest (EOI) package for the
Empresa Nacional de Electricidad (ENDE) surficial geothermal exploration study at the
Empexa geothermal field in Bolivia. RESPEC is a global leader in energy development and
provides geothermal exploration and development services. We have assembled a world-
class team of experts in high enthalpy geothermal geology, geochemistry, geophysics, and
reservoir modeling. Our team has experience in more than 15 countries across many different
geologic settings, including regional-specific geothermal sites in Bolivia, Peru, Chile, and
Argentina.

DECLARATION OF SUBMITTING A BID

RESPEC declares that a bid will be submitted for the ENDE surficial geothermal exploration
study if selected to submit a bid under the EOI prequalification process. The bid will
encompass the five tasks as outlined in the EOI request: (1) surficial exploration plan,
(2) geological studies, (3) geophysical surveys, (4) geochemical studies, and (5) integrated
conceptual model.
