LETTER OF AGREEMENT

This letter serves as a formal agreement between MR LI ANG of THEIDI

CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and PARAMOUNT PETROLEUM AND
INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIES CORPORATION owned by CAPT PEDRO U
BERINA JR. to be presented by LCDR MARWIN DEL ROSARIO PCG. Whereby,
the latter will provide services thru competitively pnced bunker fuel procurement
and deliveries to MR LI ANG as buyer.QQ`-

Whereon, the two gentlemen agreed that the buyer will pay Four Hundred Fifty-
Four Thousand and Eight Hundred Pesos only (454,800.00) before delivery as
initial payment of total fuel cost of Twenty-Four Thousand Liters of diesel fuel
(24.000 LTRS) with Php 37.90 suggested retail price as of this date., and further
agreed that the other half amount will be paid upon the completion of services or
delivery tentatively on Tuesday 12 March 2019 regardless of time.
