1.1- The work is Estimated cost to Rs- 1226633
This estimate,however is given merely as a rough guide.
1.2-Tendors will be issued to eligible SDMC contractors provided they produce definite proof from the appropriate autherity,
which shall be to be satisfaction of the competent autherity,of having satisfactory completed similor works of magnitude
specified below:-
1.3.1 For work Estimated to cost above Rs 25 lacks Three similar works each costing not less than Rs ….
but upto Rs 2 crores Lacks during last 5 years.
1.3.2 For work Estimated to cost above Rs 2 crore Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 75
but upto Rs 3 crores Lacks during last 5 years.
1.3.3 For work Estimated to cost above Rs 3 crore Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 1
but upto Rs 5 crores crore during last 5 years.

2-Agreement shall be drawn with the successful tendor on prescibed Form no A-33,A-34 which in available as a SDMC
publication,Tendor shall be quote his rates as per various terms & conditions of the said form which will from part of the
Aggrement.
3-The time allowed for carrying out the work will be….months from the 10th day after the date of written orders to commence
the work or from the first date of handing over of the site,whichever is later,in acordence with the phasing ,if any,indicated
in the tendor documents.

& the set of the terms & conditions of contract of be compiled with by the contractor whose tendor may be accepted &
other necessary document can be seen in the office of the EE-M.S.-IV between hours 11.00AM & 4.00P.M. every day exept on
Sunday & public holidays.Tendor document excluding stander form will be issued from his office during the hours
spesified above on payment of Rs 500/ in cash.
6- The tender must produse an income tax clearance certificate in the revised form as modified under Ministry of Finance
O.M.No.67/30/69/ITAL dated 2.7.1970 as amended from time to time before tendor pepers can be sold to him.
7- Tendors which should always be placed in sealed envelope with the name of work & due date written on the envolope,
will be received by the EE-M.S-IV up to 3.00 P.M. on……………… & will be opened by him in his office on the same day at
3.30P.M.
8- The tendor shall be accompanied by earnest money (unless exempted) of Rs……….. In cash /Deposit at call recipt of a
Shedulded bank issued in faver of "Commisioner SDMC" The ammount being credited to ……………….A contractor
exempted from depositing earnest money in individual cases shall attach with the tendor & attested copy of lettor
exempting him from depositing earnest money & shall produse the orignal when called upon to do so.
9- The descriptoipn of the work is As follows -
copy of the f\ other drawing and documents pertaining to the works will be open for inspection by the tenders at the office
of the abovce mentiopned officers
Tenders are advised to inspect and examined the side and sourroundings and satify them selves before submitted theirs
tenders as to the nature of the grounds and sub soil ( so far5 as practiceble )
The form and nature of the side the means of the Access to the side the accommaodation the may require and in general
shall them self obtain all necessary infoirmation as to risks contingencies and other circumstances which may infulance
or effect their tender. A tenderer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the side whether he inspects it or not and no extra
extra charges consequent on sny misstsndaring or otherwise shall be allowed. The tenderer shall responsible for arraanging
and maininting at his own cost all metrials tools and plants water electricty access facilites for workers and all other
services required for excuiting the work unless and otherwise specifically provided for in the contract documents
and has made himself aware of the scope and specification of the work tyo be done and of conditions and rates as
which stores tools and plants etc will be issued to him but the department and local condition and other factors having
a bearinbg on the execution of the work .
10. The competent authority on behalf of the SDMC does not bind himself to except the lowest or any other tender
and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reasons
all tenders in which any of the perscribed conditions are not fullfilled or are incomplete in any respect are liable to be
rejected .
11. Canvassing whether directly or indirectly - In connection with tenders is strictly prohibited and the tenders submitted
by the contractors who resort to canvassing will be liable to rejection.
12. The competent authority on behalf of SDMC reserves to himself the right of accepting thewhole or any part of the tender
and the tenders shall be bound to perform the same aty the rate quoted.
13. The contractors shall not be permitted to dender for works in SDMC circle (responsible for excution of contracts) in which
his near relatives is posted at devisional accounts or as an officer in any capcity between the grades of SE, AE ( both
inclusive) he shall also intimate the names of persions who are working with him in any capacity or are subsequently
employed be him and who are near relatives to any category A/B officers in SDMC, Any breach of this conditions by the
contractor would render him liable to be removale from the approved list of the contractors of the department .
14. No engineering of asst engineer rak or other officvers equivelent to assistant engineer rank employed in engineering
or administrative dutiees and engineer department of SDMC/ Govt is allowed to work as contractor for a period of two years
after his retirement from govt service without the previous permission of the department in writing this contractors isa liable to
to the contractoris liable to be cancelled if whether the contractor or any of his employees is found any time to such a person
who had not obtained the permission of the department as aforesaid before submission of the tender engagement of the
contractor service.
15. The tender for the works shall remain to open for exceptance for a period of a day from the date of opending of
tender if any tender withdraw his tender before the said period or makes any modifications in the terms and conditions
of the tender which are not acceptable to the department then the Govt shall without prejudice to any other right or
remidy be at liberty to forfit 50% of the said earnest money as a aforesaid.
16. This notice inviting tender shall form apart of the contract document the successful tenderer/contractor on acceptance
of his tender by the accepting authority shall within 15 days from the stipulated time of start of the work signed the
contractors consisting of -
(a) The notice inviting tender, all the documents including addition conditions specification and drawing if any
forming the tender as issued at the time of invition of the time and acceptance thereof together with any correspondance
leading thereto .
