Re: Reservation of Accommodation in Ooty Guest House

We have received your letter/mail dated 03.10.2017 and we have reserved

accommodation in the guest house for your stay as per the particulars and conditions given
below:
1. From 03.01.18(6.00 am) to 05.01.18(6.00 am) (Two Days)
2. Only Two Adults and Two Children can stay in the suite.
3. Identification either by identity card or letter from your office must be produced to
the care taker.
4. This reservation is subject to the condition that it can be cancelled by us at any time
before or after occupation of Guest House, if the accommodation reserved is required
by us for any Official Duty and that the occupants should vacate the guest house, if so
required.
5. LIC Guest house charges is applicable to family members only. (Self, Spouse,
Children & Dependant Parents) For others outsiders charge will be collected.
