* Each team member to ensure that they are wearing mask & Gloves.
* Sat Sri Akal should be used as the greeting for all guests at all
touchpoints to maintain social distancing.
* All venue entrances to have bottle of sanitizer and sterilized wipes
* Maintain social distancing 6ft per person with guest and colleques..
* Event setup to be done as per new LSOP share by area office .
* Round tables setup to be done max 4 guests per table on 6ft table
* Hand Sanitizer bottle to be available in all the areas supporting
healthy practices
* Multiple Tea / Coffee stations to be provided in order to avoid
queuing
* A safe distance of more than 1m is to be kept between stations to
reduce the risk .
* kindly organize a well spread out buffet layout and monitor the
movement of guests
* Associates should always wear gloves and masks while setting up
and picking up dishes from the kitchen and while serving
* Plate counter along with cutlery needs to be arranged and manned
by hotel associate
* Crowd management for the buffet needs to be done at all times –
a
distance of minimum 3 ft to be maintained at the food counters at all
time
* All buffet service needs to be done by an associate wearing gloves
and a mask
* Sajjan Khot (Family Service) to be carried out for less than 15
people and the same needs to be done via pre-plated bowl
* Sugar, honey and other condiments should be individually wrapped
* Outside food counter to be avoided as far as possible
* Make sure all live station needs one chef has to be availble with
masks , gloves ,hair net and face shield
* Queue managers to be placed in front of the bar counter to avoid
overcrowding and aid social distancing
Banquet Operations Remarks:
* Regular glassware to be used. Host should also be given an option
of using disposable glassware
* Bartender to wear gloves and mask at all times
* All beverage orders to be made ready and placed on the counter for
guest to pick up
* Recommended to create clearance trollies/tables at strategic
location, where guests are encouraged to directly place their used
plates and cutlery
* Clearance counter to be manned by hotel associates wearing proper
mask and gloves
* Linen trolley to be placed near clearance for guest to drop their
soiled linen
* Ensure associates are wearing masks & gloves; gloves to be
changed every hour and mask needs to be changed every 3 hours
* Bills need to be presented in a folder and handed over with a hotel
pen. Always sanitize the folder and pens before and after use
* In case of credit card, keep swabs which guests can use with
sanitizer to clean their credit cards before handing over
* Recommend to avoid cash transactions

Loss & Prevention Remarks:
* Temprature of event agencies vendor needs to be checked at back
gate.
* Aarogya Setu app needs to be checked at back gate of vendors.
* All vendor staff to wear gloves and masks while working in the hotel
premises
* If there is a stage or a wedding set up done by the vendors, it is
highly advisable that we do a thorough
disinfection of the set up before the event
* Entry is via Lobby main gate
* Temperature checks to be conducted for all attendees during guest
arrival
* Masks to be handed in to the attendees required
* LP must say to guest to maintain social distance
* Entry is denied to those with a temperature max to 98.6`
centigrade.
* 70-77 guests are expected to attend the event
* LP associate to monitor the hall during the setup
* Please take around along with banquet Manager or Executive by
sharp 1700Hrs.
* Please take 5000 cash or cheque from the vendor once they will
enter the stuff in hotel premises.
