***** ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS ARE COMPLETED FOR THE 2nd YOUTH
CONVENTION IN VIJAYAWADA ON SUNDAY, 26TH FEB 2023.

***** VIJAYAWADA AWAITS FOR THIS HUGE HISTORICAL EVENT

DEAR COMRADES,

We are very much delighted to inform you all that the arrangements for the
success of 2nd Youth convention are almost completed and we are confident
that our young employees working in all the Banks in both the telugu states
are excitedly awaiting to participate in this historical event. We are also happy
to inform that the Dignitaries invited for this convention have already
confirmed their participation and we are eagerly looking forward for their
lucid addresses.

We request all the units and participants to carefully adhere to the following
guidelines for the success of the convention as this event leads to immense
inspiration for all future activities.

1) We intend to hoist the flag at 9-30 am.

 2) Male employees are requested to wear BLUE SHIRT and BLACK
TROUSER (PANT).
3) FEMALE employees can wear any dress of their choice.
4) Units are requested to confine only to the allotment of participants
given to them.
5) We have decided to distribute lunch coupons to all the units as per their
quota and request the units to cooperate. Units are requested to collect
the coupons from the reception committee, well in advance.
6) At the cost of repetition, we request the units to mobilize the young
employees who are below the age of 40 years or 10 Years of service.
7) Meeting will commence by 10am and likely to conclude by 5.30 pm.
8) Breakfast will be served at the venue from 7.30am onwards.
9) The venue will be A convention Centre, brundavan colony, labbipet ,
Vijayawada.

Comrades, as we are spending huge expenditure on this 2ndYouth

Convention, we request all the participants to be utmost disciplined so that
lot of knowledge can be acquired through this historical event. The reception
committee is making all arrangements meticulously so that no inconvenience
is caused to you all. Still there may be some unforeseen shortcomings which
may be regretted.

We once again solicit the cooperation from the units and participants.
