Limit yourlook,notyour Vision

Hi besties,

Our life is like a train, Though it is cheap, many may not prefer being a commutor in the length,
ironman. Here 9 a.m with a different view, just to stuff something into your mind about work place.

There are various stages of administration in each department. A department consists of heads
and subordinates at various levels. If you take a school as an example we have Correspoindent, Secretary,
Proincipal, Vice principal, HOD, Teachers, Lollipop man, Clerk, Scavengers, Drievrs, etc..,

All these people work for the students under the control of superiors . Everyone has his/her own
portfolio and files. And everyone as his/her own table to clear the obstacles.

A Corespondent look is limited to some extent but not his vision. Runing a school successfully is
the vision of a Correspondent . In his missioin he take a lot of case on his look. See ther figure that
follow;

If the above figure is misconfigured, the firm colapses.It starts disintegrating little by little. A
Correspondent should take a random sample from the public to know the function in the firm. If there is
any proiblem he should take the right way and right decision to solve it.

His look toward the Principal right from appointing him,/her should be goverend by the
vision.The corrspondent propels the Principal and the Principal his/her subordinates.The fiunal outpuit is
what the students give the public in future.

A Correspondent talk at a general meeting and in general to a staff is different.If the latter is
done,It leads to destruction.If the former is done,it leads to construction.

An Induvidual look at a workpalcxe must be limited to a particular extend or else governing the
firm becomes unsolvable Bermuda Triangle.No one knows when it sinks and how it sinks.

Vision is the overall observation and functioning of a firm.The engine minds it's capacity and it's
destination.It's path shoukld be correct so that the Compartments follow it. The vision of the engine is the
entire Comopartments.But,it's mission lies in it's potential.
