This site is perfect for almost any art or decorative activities. It has a wide
variety of worksheets for kids to color in. This includes worksheets that have
to do with letters, numbers, seasons, and much more.

This site can be used for both students at home and in the classroom. It
includes a variety of media options to learn with including video, games, and
music. This is a fun way to learn because it disguises learning as a game.

3. I believe this is an awesome website. It is all about teaching and allowing kids
to play chess. This is a game of strategy that enhances anyone’s thinking
skills to the next level. It is free to play and, the site is also for parents and
you can have your own coach or even sign up to be one, plus the site teaches
you how to play the game and helps to improve your skills.

This is a social networking site for teachers, schools, and school districts to
work with each other and share ideas for education. It is free and works to
better improve and share learning management.

This site is for teachers to create their own worksheets, quizzes, exams, and
other forms for free. One of the coolest features is that it has the option to
make up several varieties of the same test to prevent the students from
cheating.

This website includes a massive amount of resources from lesson plans, to
teacher grants and professional development packages.

This site is free to use, it allows students or teachers to create their own
specific flash cards to print out. It also includes other worksheets that you
create such as word mazes and crossword puzzles.

This site is named “Free teaching resources for special education.” It includes
free downloads for games, PowerPoint, and software. Also, it helps the
educators with web link for other information on special education.

This website offers free antivirus software for Windows, Mac, Mobile, and
Web ware. It also has links for other downloads such as “SpyWare Doctor.”

This site is a teacher’s resource center that includes social networking, and
many other resources for the classroom along with outside of the class room
all well.

This site gives lesson plans for k-12 in all subjects, resource library, and
helps to set up field trips.

This site includes many different activities for the social studies curriculum
and different resources such as maps, timelines, geography, and more.

This site is perfect for accurate information on U.S. History for k-12 in every
piece of curriculum that is to be covered. It has a link to each topic that is
covered in our schools today.

This is a great site for students to quiz themselves in a game like format in
order for them to see what they know, and learn about what they need to
know.

This website give the student an interactive part to a relevant subject in our
world outside of the classroom. For U.S. History, It gives a lesson for the
teacher, information to the parents, and allows the students to write a blog
about it on their site.

I thought this site might be helpful as it provides free lessons, activities, and
ideas for teachers of k-12 in order to help them save time and money.

2. http://www.newteachercenter.org/index.php
This is a good site to keep in the toolbox. It helps with teacher effectiveness
by providing key information for educators in need of help, acting as
advocates, and many other helpful pieces of information and resources.

3. http://mathforum.org/teachers/elem/
This is a site that is primarily social networking for teachers in the subject of
math. They can get on the site and talk to each other about their beliefs and
about lessons plans or activities that did or did not work.

I thought this was a good site to have because even though it is basically a
store, it hold some very reputable products. If a teacher is in need of a certain
book/workbook, and has to buy one, this is the site to go to.

This site gives free lesson plans, rubrics, worksheets, and also helps teachers
with tips and providing tools for all grade levels.
