There is no need to search for or build specially designed noise insulated
whisper chambers for placing a screw compressor into. During screw compressor
operation the noise level is not higher than the noise level from other industrial
machines. Therefore, the screw compressor can be positioned close to the work
stations as long as an adequate flow of fresh air can be provided.
Compressed air station
Different concepts of screw compressors can entirely replace compressed air

stations, and entirely fulfill demands for quality compressed air. The capacity of
the compressor should be chosen in order to fulfill the needs for compressed air.
Our compressors comprise integrated components, such as filters, dryer,
automation parts, oil separators, etc.
Air filters
Filtration of compressed air of dust can be done by set of filters with cartridges. With these types of filters, we can achieve filtration from 3 to 0.01 microns. With a special
model of carbon filters, we can achieve 99.99% clean compressed air without oil.
AQF filters are used as primary filters. They can be mounted on the installation after the compressor. This type of filter can make filtration of compressed air up to 3
microns, and is corrosion resistant and operates at high temperatures.
For final filtration of compressed air, we need AHF filters. With this type of filter, we can make filtration up to 0.01 micron and the compressed air after this treatment is
ready for all processes. Filters with active carbon have ACF declarations and with them totally clean compressed air for all types of processes is produced.

Preparation of compressed air

After compression the air goes into a bottle. Before sending the compressed air to the installation, it is
fast cooled in a cooler with automatic condensation drainer for removing water from the compressor.
With two filters the air is cleaned of particles up to 0.01 microns. The compressed, air prepared like
this, is convenient for all industrial processes. Dry and clean compressed air plays an important part
in providing a longer working life for pneumatic tools.
Micro processing unit MC2

This component of the compressor controls the operation of all units of the screw compressor and
all the parameters of the working process. The unit prevents possible overheating of the screw pair
when working in extreme temperatures outside of the working area. On the LCD display of the MC2
unit, it is 4 rows display all working parameters and all service activities to be undertaken. In case of a
problem arising during compressor operation, this unit automatically shuts down. With this MC2 unit
its possible to change the working parameters shuts down the power to the compressor and can also
adjust it to needs of the working process.
