Dear Sir/Ma’am, 
  
I am Aileen Adalid​,​ bearer of Philippine passport no. _​_​( ​PASSPORT #​ )​__​, and resident of _​_​( ​ADDRESS​ )​__, ​and I 
am writing because I would like to apply for a ​multiple-entry​ ​Japan Tourist Visa​ to cover my intention of 
exploring more of your country (for purposes of tourism only). 
 
I have already been to Japan last ​March 13 to 30​ of this year, and I assure you that I did not have any issues 
with immigration and law enforcement during my stay. I have visited during spring “​sakura​” season, and ever 
since then, I wanted to see more of Japan and visit it during its other seasons. 
 
That being said, I now intend to travel this ​November 23 to December 2, 2016​ to see the late autumn scene 
(and then hopefully visit later in 2017 to see spring in the Hokkaido region).  
 
I assure you that I can support myself during the duration of my stay(s). I am currently employed as a _​_​( ​JOB 
POSITION​ )​__​ for the company _​_​( ​COMPANY NAME​ )​__​ that is established and located in _​_​( ​ADDRESS​ )​__​ and 
paid a monthly salary of _​_​( ​$$$/PHP​ )​__​.  
 
I worked for the past 2 years in this company’s overseas’ branch so I hope that you would understand why I 
could not provide an ITR document for this application (besides, I have just registered with BIR now that I’m 
living back here in the Philippines)​. For supporting documents, I am submitting along with this application my 
payslips for the last 3 months, my certificate of employment, my bank certificate, and others. 
 
Overall, I trust that you will find that everything is in order and I hope that my previous travel experiences and 
my personal details would be helpful in your consideration to grant me a multiple-entry tourist visa.
