Optimization

 Monitoring and improvement of degraded KPI

 Analyzing the rejected reports , recommendations to increase coverage and quality of
degraded KPI
 Escalating any suspected HW issues
 Prepare and release the report for the newly integrated site with the observations and
recommendations. Ensuring that new sites are smoothly integrated into the network.
 Proper Co-ordination with other depts. like NOC, Field service on the basis of daily
performance statistics and network availability, Drive Tests & RF Audit, whenever
necessary.
 Recommendation for network to improve poor Performance area and coverage holes
 Performing drive test analysis, suggesting physical changes on antennas,
electrical/mechanical tilts and azimuth as well as parameter tuning in order to improve
the network performance (Drop calls, HO fails , Pilot Pollution, RSCP/EcNo, cell
overshooting, Poor Coverage).
 Weekly progress report to customer
 Update all Pre-Launch Trackers.
 Customer meetings – working closely with customer to resolve all issues involving
their help
