3. Hydrocarbon Services

We are diversifying in to Hydrocarbon industry for which efforts has been made
in various fields i.e.

3.1 Gas equipment’s sales &Distribution: In this field we are in advance

stage for collaborating with leading Gas meters manufacturing company and
related associated equipments being used by the customer who will be
switching over to gas from existing fuel. Looking at the prospect of Gas
business in Punjab &Himachal there is great potential anticipated in the
region.

3.2 Our pollution control monitoring equipment’s are recommended by the

Punjab Pollution control Board (PPCB) for the existing industries/new
industries as per their statutory requirement. Looking at our existing reach
in various service/statutory departments will enable us for marketing the
product and exploring the usage of technology not limited to industries but
also to various other service departments.

3.3 Technology, we are looking for shall be given to customers with the
support of statutory authorities (Pollution control Board) as one of the tool
for implementing the same in industries.

3.4 We are working on alternative fuel technologies for the state of Punjab
and expecting Bio-fuel technology and various other by-products for
Manufacturing & Marketing in the region.

4. Genset Testing (Approved by PPCB)

We would like to take this opportunity of introducing ourselves as multi-

abatement. The group has two major business divisions, i.e. Eco Laboratories
& Consultants Pvt. Ltd and Eco Paryavaran Engineers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
The former caters to the analytical and consultancy services whereas the later

analysis of environmental parameters. ENVIRONMENT SERVICES DIVISION
undertakes various activities as Environmental Impact
Assessment/Environmental Clearances; Environmental Audits; Pollution
Control Systems Engineering & Design Services; Consent
Management/Feasibility Reports; Performance Evaluation of Pollution Control
Systems; Benchmarking and Environment due diligence.

We are accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration

Laboratories (NABL), Department of Science & Technology, Government of
India (Certificate No. NABL/T1775/C and T/1951/B) in the field of air, noise,
wastes, water, and wastewater testing including Microbiological testing; We
are also approved by Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF),
Government of India, vide SO 2609(E) dated 22.11.11. as Environmental
Laboratory under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. We are also
approved by Punjab Pollution Control Board vide letter Lab/32-29692 dated
30.6.14. The unit is also certified by ISO 9001:2008, ISO-14001:2004 and ISO
18001:2007 certified.

4.1 Stack Monitoring of Diesel Generator Sets:

Testing of DG set is required to monitor the following parameters:

1. Stack emission – PM, SO2, NOx, (If rating is Below 1000KVA)

2. Stack emission – PM, SO2, NOx, NMHC (If rating is above 1000KVA)
3. Noise Levels

DG sets should have inbuilt acoustic enclosure & proper chimney with port

5. Human Resources Services

5.1 Human Resources Planning

XEAM will work closely with The Customer to plan for the organization’s human
resources. Human Resource Planning involves the following tasks:

1- Identify and document the different HR process that will govern all the HR
activities within the organization.
2- Establish a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that will help the
organization to streamline the HR activities.
3- Work closely with the organization to implement the HRMS and follow up on
the implementation to ensure a successful roll out.
4- Identify the right number and type of employees that are necessary to
implement a chosen business plan or the organization’s strategic objectives..
5- Identify and initiate programs needed to develop organizational capabilities
upon which future strategies can be built.
6- Forecasting demand for labor, performing supply analysis, and balancing
supply and demand consideration.
