Birth Certificate Mandatory Document. In case you do not have a Birth Certificate or if your name is not
clearly mentioned in the birth certificate, you should make a Birth Affidavit as given below
PAN Card Please note that PAN Acknowledgement is Not Enough
Passport At least Passport application acknowledgement is to be uploaded

NSR E-Card At least Receipt of First Step to be uploaded for Document Verification and the original to be
produced on Day of Joining
Aadhar Card Mandatory
Experience letters (If it is applicable) Mandatory Document If you have any work Experience. Please note that this is a very
important document if you have any experience prior to joining TCSL

English format provided by Notary
Name change affidavit for associate If applicable, To be made on Stamp paper of value Rs 100 in English format provided by Notary
