Article 6 (Review)

o At the end of second year from the date of entry into the force of the WTO Agreement and every 3 years therefore the ministerial
conference shall review the given provisions.
Article 7 (Consultation)
o ALL Members shall consult with other members upon request with respect to any matter affecting the operation of this agreement.
o In such cases article 22 of GATT 1994, is Applied by Dispute Settlement body to this Agreement.
Article 8 (Dispute Settlement)
o Any Dispute Among Members regarding the Operations of this Agreement shall be Subject to the Provisions of Article 22 of GATT.
Article 9 (Final Provision)
o All Members Shall take Necessary Measures for the Implementation of present agreement.
o All members shall ensure that their law and regulations shall not be contrary to the provisions of this Agreement.
