Exam centre. It is student’s responsibility to ensure that student's ID documents are up-to-
date and available on the day of the examination.

not acceptable, no matter how recently they may have expired
Bear the test-takers full name, in English characters, exactly as it appears on the Student ID
Card
(If the name is too long to fit on the Student ID Card, the name on the ID needs only the part
that appears on the ticket).
Bear a recent recognizable photograph that clearly has the Examinee and the Examinees
photo on the SCDL ID Card and on Acceptable Identity Card.
Be in good condition, with clearly legible text and a clearly visible photograph
The student must carry Identity Card Proof (SCDL Identity Card and Govt. Acceptable ID

Student Support well in advance of Exam day.
3. If Student leaves the centre to obtain acceptable identification, upon student's return,
Exam Centre staff may be unable to admit the Student to take the exam. Prior admission to
an Exam Centre based on any particular ID document is no guarantee that the same ID
document will be considered acceptable in the future.
4. Exam Centre staff are not required to hold student's seat if student leaves the centre to
obtain acceptable identification.
5. A student should not expect to be permitted to attempt the exam via a smartphone or
any electronic device that contains an electronic copy of their ID proof. A real ID proof is
required at all times. There are no exceptions to this.

student's scores will be reported. All reported or suspected cases of questionable ID or test-
taker identities are subject to our review and approval before, during or after the Exam
