1 Introduction

1.1 System Overview

Monitoring System to establish a platform for intelligent elevator monitoring cell, the use of

anti-interference ability of the CAN bus in real-time transmission of data, get Elevator’s Fault and base

Information, So that staff can monitor the fault information processing and analysis.Community Monitoring

System netword Flexible, have 4 CAN interface,Each interface can connect up to 25 Elevators, can monitor

a total of 100 elevators. When the elevator broke down and record a timely tips, Powerful database features

of the fault information can be collated for analysis, In order to guide the maintenance of elevators.

1.2 Operating Environment

Hardware:
A PC,basic configuration Pentium II300MHz Processor,64MB Memory(Owned by the customer)

Support software:
Windows Operating system(95/98/me/2000/XP/2003/NT)

More than Microsoft .Net Framework SDK v1.0

2.2 System Function

1. District monitoring

System divided into A、B、C、D four districts to monitor real-time monitoring the state of the elevator.

At the same time, each district to monitor up to 25 elevator monitoring, show the elevator’s floor

information、Operation of the arrow、the state of the elevator、the state of the door. When the elevator failure,

Monitor display fault code,Accompanied by the sound alarm, At the same time, the elevator control area

where the red button to prompt failure.

2. Real-time monitoring of elevator operation in detail

When the system to monitor single-elevator or more elevators when detailed monitoring,Real-time

monitoring of one or more elevators running detailed data to update the elevator floor、direction、special

status、communications and other more information, Up to monitor the area at the same time on the same

elevator four detailed monitoring.

3. Elevator fault query

A single select query, more elevators failures in a record period of time, include the particular

information of the fault. And in according with the fault type、failure statistics and analysis, such as the

percentage of fault information, output graph,a broken line graph or pie chart shows the way the image of the

frequency of occurrence of various faults and the distribution of.

4. Elevator manage

Information on elevator maintenance and management, with a new insert, browse, modify and delete

functions of the elevator.

5. Manage of Floor code and fault code

Display information on the floor and fault code information for maintenance and management, with a

new, browse, modify and delete the fault code and the functions of the floor show.

2.3 Community Monitoring Connection Introduction

As long as the total number of all the elevator does not exceed 100(Elevator Address 1-100),could be

able to connect to the elevator CAN1~CAN4 any of the line, However, to ensure that each bus on the

elevator does not exceed 25. Following the recommended way to connect the cable to connect the way to

save.

If existence A、B、C、D four regions, each region have a number of elevators(each region no more than

25 elevators),and near by the control room. The general way to connect A、B、C、D elevator connected with

CAN1~CAN4 bus. As 2.2 show。

from the control room, from the A zone are relatively recent, Area B can elevator and elevator area A even in

a bus.As 2.3 show.

If the four regions A, B, C, D are relatively close to the distance, Are relatively

far from the control room, and all the elevator does not add up to more than 25 units can
