Query Profile: 'Audit Trail: Activate'. Click FIND
Set it to 'Yes' at Site level

Enable the Audit Group for for OE_Order_Lines_All table:

Enable Audit Installations (ONT)


-- Go System Admin: Security: Audit Trail: Group
Run to validate the group ‘AuditTrail Report for Audit Group Validation’ request to validate the Audit
Group.

Create Audit Industry Template:

Go System Admin: Security: Audit Trail: Tables


Define Custom Processing Constraints for Schedule Ship Date:

Select the User Action ‘Require History’ to track the column changes:
Setup the Option Audit Trail Option is ‘Enable When Order is Booked/Entered’
Create Sales Order with Schedule Ship Date is Todays Date:

Change the Schedule Ship Date to Different Dates:


Run the ‘Audit history Consolidator’ Concurrent Program with the below parameters.

Go to View Audit history Menu to track the changes in the Schedule Ship Date column:
Enter the below parameters to see the schedule Ship Date changes for Order 206920:
Test: Create SO from sysadmin user and make the changes in Schedule Ship Date. Change user to
VEERA_BT user and change the Schedule Ship Date.

Here we can see who is the user updated the Schedule Ship Date in the Sales Order Line.
