Making Your Hallmark Dreams Come True!

As the holiday season approaches, there is nothing better than curling up with a warm
blanket and a good, old-fashioned Christmas movie. However, in recent years as the demand for
such heartwarming romantic comedies sky-rocketed, so did the supply. As a result, it has become
increasingly more difficult for watchers to decide which movie they should settle down to enjoy.
That is where my creation comes in. The application I have chosen to create is an interactive quiz
that will help users decide which holiday movie they should watch from the famed Christmas
destination, Hallmark Channel.

For years, Hallmark channel has been the most popular Christmas destination for people
of all ages and backgrounds. I, myself made the channel apart of my holiday tradition when I
was a young seven-year-old girl. Because of the channels diverse audience, the application
would have a similar target audience. Essentially, anyone who has the intent of watching a
Hallmark Christmas movie will be moved to take part in the quiz in order to narrow down their
choices. With this said, this particular application has the opportunity to benefit all of its users by
giving them a specialized movie choice that is based on their current needs. For example, users
will be asked to pick an option choice that correlates the closest to their current emotions. Then,
based on their decision and the choices they picked for the other questions, the application will
provide them with a movie option sure to fulfill their every holiday movie needs.

As for the logistics regarding the application, there will be symbols and/or clip art images
relating to the question being asked by the quiz. Additionally, there will be a picture of the movie
promotion created for the specific movie that was chosen according to their results, as well as a
snippet of holiday-themed music that is free from copyright issues. Overall, the application will
include a variety of festive symbols and animations that will not only math the users already
exceeded holiday spirit, but will also offer a bit of excitement for the end results. The tone of the
interactive model is very simple, I am not aiming to make is exceptionally complicated for users
to use. I want this application to make its users feel as warm and wholesome as Hallmark does
for its watchers every year.
