Fill the Admission Form online at http://admissions.iqra.edu.pk/ OR Collect it from the Admission office.
It is mandatory to attach the following documents with the form:

 Photocopy of CNIC (Front and back of the CNIC copied on the same side of the page) OR B-Form.
 Photocopy of SSC Mark-Sheet / O-Level Equivalence.
 Photocopy of SSC Certificate.
 2 Photocopies of HSC-II Mark-sheet / DAE Mark-Sheet / A-Level Equivalence OR Last obtained Mark-sheet.
 Photocopy of HSC-II / DAE Certificate
 2 Photocopies of Bachelors’ Final Marks sheet / Transcript OR last obtained Marks-Sheet.
 2 Photocopies of Bachelors’ Degree
