23.1 Demolishing lime concrete without damaging the structure and disposal of Cu.m
debris as directed at all levels.
23.2 Demolishing plain cement concrete including disposal of debris as
directed for all levels.

(ii) In Prop (1:3:6) or richer mix Cu.m
23.3 Demolishing RCC work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of Cu.m
unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.
23.4 Demolishing RB work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of Cu.m
unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.
23.5 Extra for cutting reinforcement in RCC or RB work at all levels (Payment Sq.m
to be made on cross sectional area of RCC or RB work obtained by
multiplying the length of the cut reinforcement and thickness of the
member).
23.6 Extra for scraping, cleaning and straightening reinforcement from RCC or Kg
RB work at all levels. Analysis for 25 Nos 16mm Tor bars 6m long.

23.7 Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and Cu.m

disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.
23.8 Demolishing stone rubble masonry including stacking of serviceable Cu.m
materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.

23.9 Dismantling wood work in frames, trusdses, purlins and rafters including Cu.m
stacking the materialsd as directed by the department for all levels.

23.10 Dismantling steel work in single sections (R.S.Joists, channels, angles, Kg

tees and flats etc.) including dismembering and stacking the materials as
directed by the Department for all levels.
23.11 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in joists, channels, angles, tees Kg
flats etc.) including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc.
including dismembering and stacking the materials as diercted by the
Department for all levels.
23.12 Dismantling all types of corrugated/trapezoidal sheet roofing including Sq.m
ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials as
directed by the department for all levels.
23.13 Demolishing skirting/dado in walls/R.C.C. & P.C.C. members without Cu.m
causing damage to walls/member upto any height including disposal of
debris as directed for all levels.
23.14 Demolishing the plastering from walls/R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without Cu.m
causing any damage to the wall/member upto any height including
disposal of debris as directed for all levels.
23.15 Demolishing CC floors of various thickness incluiding top layer and base Sq.m
course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.
23.16 Demolishing mosaic floor of various thickness, both mosaic tiles and cast- Sq.m
in-situ type including CC base course and removal of debris as directed
for all levels.
23.17 Demolishing R.C.C./P.C.C. pile head of different diameters carefully Cu.m
without distutrbing the remaining portion of the pile including opening out
of the pile head to be demolished by excavating the earth upto required
depth and clearing the debris as directed.
23.18 Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkhat)
both wooden and steel of different sizes with out damaging the walls and
removing the farme and necessary repairs to the edhges of the walls as
directed for all levels.

23.19 Dismantling of existing steel windows/steel ventilators/steel windows and Sq.m
steel ventilators without damaging the walls, removing to a safe place and
necessary repairs to the edges of walls.
23.20 Dismantling all types of ceiling, partition and wall lining and stacking the Sq.m
materials as directed by the department for all levels.
