The Mütter Museum

America’s finest museum of medical history,

The Mütter Museum, it is a medical museum
located in the Center City area of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. This place is 4 hours from
NewYork by car.

The Mütter Museum displays its collections of

anatomical specimens, models, and medical instruments. The museum helps the
public understand the mysteries and beauty of the human body and to appreciate the
history of medical.

Today, 130.000 visitors visit the Museum every year! Enjoying international
popularity, the Museum has been featured on many TV programs and books.

The Museum Education program is to expose students to the wide variety of careers
in health care and biosciences, as well as to introduce them to the history and culture
of medicine.

The collections in the museum are skull collection, mummies,

John Wilkes Booth’s mummies (the murderer of president
Abraham Lincoln), plaster cast and conjoined liver of “Siamese
twins”, the tallest skeleton in the world, and Einstein’s brain!

It is open from 9AM- 5PM, the entry ticket varies from 13 $ to 18 $, or Rp.180.000 to
Rp. 250.000 in rupiahs.
