RE: LETTER OF PROTEST

Dear Sir:

I am writing this to your office in behalf of ENERLIFE PHILIPPINES INC. to protest the
recent Letter of Authority with LOA No. ________ Pertinent to the misdeclaration of
VATABLE SALES for the year _______.

In light of the foregoing, we would like to raise the issue that Sison Corillo Parone & Co.
(SCP&Co) our outsource accountants who mistakenly overstated the declaration of VATABLE
SALES for the year ______ without mental reservation nor intentional misrepresentation and
misdeclaration thereof.

Therefore, we would like to appeal from your good office that the appropriate and correct
VATABLES SALES should be ________ in Philippine Currency.

In compliance under Philippine Taxation Laws, We hereby agree that we shall withhold and
attached additional documents to corroborate this letter of protest.

I am sincerely and humbly hoping for a positive response on this matter.
