The CSC does not recognize and is not liable for any other postings on any other websites and social media links that are not affiliated with, or are engaged in the unauthorized use of the name of, the Civil Service Commission, 1. Individual Examination Result/Rating Through OCSERGS Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by December 8, 2019. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees. To use the enhanced OCSERGS, the examinee should encodeffill in the required data in the corresponding data fields accurately, following the proper format. EXAMINEE NUMBER IS NO LONGER NEEDED. 2. Certification of Eligibility for Passers on Security Paper Passers may apply for Certification of Eligibility that is printed on security paper at cost (Note: Applying for regular Certification has a separate set of requirements and procedures. Please verify with the CSC Regional Office concemed, or secure the requirements from the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph). Relatedly, passers are advised to verify first the availability of the issuance of Certification on security paper before going to the CSC Regional Office (CSC RO). Please access the CSC website for the directory of the CSC RegionalField Offices The security paper printed Certification may be more preferred by government agencies as supporting document for employment application, including promotion and other human resource actions/movements. It is, thus, recommended to secure a CoE printed on security Paper. atau 19 BCLTE. The security paper printed Certification is derived from verification and validation of eligibility, as requested/applied for by eligibles, based on official records (e.g. Register of Eligibles. Master List of Examines; Picture-Seat Plan) on file with the CSC. As such, this is processed and issued at cost by the CSC Records Office. ‘ertification of Eligibility for Passers on CSC Letterhead Passers may also opt to request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead by December 24, 2019. The letterhead printed Certification is derived from the processing of test results issued free of charge by the CSC Examination Office through the CSC Regional/Field Offices. 3.1. Issuance and Claiming of Certification of Eligibility Notwithstanding the given date of December 24, 2019 above, passers are strongly advised to verity first if their Certification on letterhead is already available for claiming before going to the CSC RegionalField Office. Please access the CSC website for the directory of the CSC RegionalField Offices, Passers must personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned. In claiming the Certification, passers must present the following items: i. LD. card — preferably the same |.D. card presented during filing of application. If the 1.0. Card to be presented for claiming of Certification is different from the |.D. card presented during filing of application, the examinee must present any of the following accepted I.D. cards, which is preferably valid (not expired): Driver's License/Temporary Driver's License (.T0 o.. must be presented together wih od Drivers License; OF. alone is nt alowedy/Student Driver's Permit; Passport; PRC License; SSS 1.D.; GSIS 1.0. (UMID); Voter's 1../Voter’s Certification; BIR/Taxpayer's I.D. (ATU type card type wih picture); PhillHealth [.D. (must nave the bearers name, clear picture signature and Phitieotn number; Company/Office 1.D.; School |.D.; Police Clearance/Police Clearance Certificate (wi nieuwe); Postal |.D.; Barangay |.D.; NB! Clearance; Seaman's Book; HDMF Transaction Card; PWD |.D.; Solo Parent 1.D.; Senior Citizen's 1.0.; and Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR CARD). Note: a. All other I.D. cards not included in the above list shall not be accepted. b. Photocopy only of 1.D. card, or cellphone photo of 1.D. card, shall not be accepted. cc. Regional or Field Office (serving as conduit CSC RO/FO) nearest their present place of residence or work. For those who have moved to or are based in another region, a written request must be sent to the authorized CSC RO (with jurisdiction over the testing center/venue where they took the examination) to forward their Certification of Eligibility to the conduit CSC. RegionaliField Office where they would like to claim the same. In their written request, they must also cite their reasons for the request. B._FOR THE INTERMEDIATE COMPETENCY ON LOCAL TREASURY EXAMINATION (ICLTE) The CSC shall release the test results to the Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance (DOF-BLGF) by December 8, 2019. Accordingly, the DOF-BLGF shall be responsible in releasing the ICLTE results to the examinees. The CSC shall NOT release test results directly to examinees. For this matter, any concern on the release of ICLTE results shall be coordinated directly with the DOF-BLGF, FOR THE PRE-EMPLOYMENT TEST, PROMOTIONAL TEST, AND EOPT. 1. Pre-Employment Test / Promotional Test The Lists of Passers for the Pre-Employment Test and the Promotional Test have also been Posted on the CSC website www.csc.qov.ph. The CSC ROs shall print and indorse the Certification (for passing the Pre-Employment Test, or the Promotional Test) to the agencies concemed by December 24, 2019. In turn, government agencies concerned shall release/distribute the certifications to their respective applicant-passers. 2. EOPT or Ethics-Oriented Personality Test For the EOPT, an overall and individual evaluation reports shall be given to agencies with examinees who took the EOPT.
