BCG MATRIX

The company owns several product lines that can be categorized into different
categories across the BCG Matrix. BCG Matrix could be categorized as:

 Cash Cow – Once an innovative product, Greenhouse are no longer in a fast-


growing industry but generate healthy profits for the company
 Dog – Goats should no longer receive further heavy investment
 Question Mark – Soap are growing extremely quickly but have yet to
dominate the market
 Star – Cheese continue to generate excess profits and the company
dominates the growing cheese market

Recommendation

 Ipoderac should consider aiming to expand educational model to include girls


too
 There is lack of staff capacity and managerial skills, therefore company
should focus to mitigate these two problems
 Create a Sponsor-A-Child program to fund the living expenses of a specific
child and have a personal relationship with him.
