Goal #1
Get to know the student in my class who are quieter and do not need as much
assistance completing tasks in class. I found in ED2500 I really knew the outgoing
students or the students who struggled with class work, and failed to get to know
the quiet students who were always on task.

Goal # 2
Throughout PS1, my lesson plans can be completed more efficiently and are taught
more effectively. This will increase my productivity and relieve stress and anxiety.

Reflection
Make connections with staff (not just my TA). In ED2500 I didn’t get to know any of
the other staff, until the field trip near the end of my practicum. I think it is very
important to become a part of the school community, and to do this, an important
part is to know everyone who is part of the staff.
