Letter of Intent

On behalf of IGadgets House, i formally present this letter of intent to you showing our interest in
leasing one of your stalls. The space available at the address is suitable for our shop in terms of size as
well as location. It attracts customers who enters and shop inside the market. Therefore, this location is
ideal for our business.

IGadgets House is an established name since 2015 which sells iPhones and accessories with affordable
price. We already have 2 branches located in commercial areas in the city but this is our first venture in
putting up a branch inside a mall or supermarket. Attached are the photos of our existing branches.

During this time, we have received an overwhelming response from our clients that’s why we want to
expand our location for business.

Considering this, if chance may be given to open a new outlet inside Puregold Junior Malolos and Gapan,
Nueva Ecija as I saw that there is an available space for lease inside.
