LEAVE POLICY

Casual Leave
 12 casual leave is eligible for teaching staff in an academic year
 12 casual leave and 7 Summer leave is add with casual leave for Non-teaching staff in
an academic year
 1 causal leave per month is permitted
 Only apply leave is consider as Casual leave
 Newly join Staff after completion of one month service from the date of joining then
only eligible for Casual Leave
 New staff is under observation period not eligible to claim casual leave.
Loss of Pay
 If CL not apply earlier, it has consider as LOP
 Staff member cannot take leave before and after day of holiday. If staff member taken
leave in the condition it will be consider as 3 days lop
 If staff taken more than 2 LOP in a month, request to submit the explanation letter to
HR department with Principal approval
Permission
 One hour permission is eligible to both teaching and non-teaching in a month
Late
 In a month, two times five minutes late is allow to both teaching and non-teaching
staff
 If exceed the two times five minutes late in a month, after that late will be consider as
half-day LOP.
Summer Leave
 After completion of one year service from the date of joining, teaching staff are
eligible for 15 days summer leave and it subject to change based on the curriculum
plan
 After completion of one year service from the date of joining, non-teaching staff are
eligible for 7 days summer leave and it subject to change
Special Casual Leave

 Special casual leave is applicable for one time in an academic year to both teaching
and non-teaching staff
 After completion of one service, Special casual leave is eligible to both teaching and
non-teaching
 Special casual leave is apply one week earlier to the respective head for sanction the
leave
 Special casual leave can be cancelled at any time due to government inspection or any
other official reason
 Special casual leave not exceed 6 days including Saturdays and Sundays

Medical /Sick Leave

 Maximum 6 days medical leave is eligible for both teaching and non-teaching staff
 Proper medical certificate produce after reporting to the duty
 If staff members not produce the proper evidence for sick leave must give a request
letter to HR department with principal approval.

Maternity Leave

 After completion of two years of service from the date of joining, women staff are
eligible for Maternity leave
 Maternity leave apply before 2 months from the date require
 Women staffs are eligible for 2 months leave with pay under maternity leave scheme.
 If women staffs require additional one month leave during maternity leave scheme is
also eligible but the third month leave is consider as LOP.
